Entrepreneurial Intention of Students (Managers in Training): Personal and Family Characteristics

To increase the entrepreneurial intention, it is necessary to understand main drivers that are driving students, as carriers of future economic development, towards starting a personal business venture. With regards that, aim this research was analyze intention among students (managers in training) field tourism and hospitality management. Particular attention paid influence their socio-demographic characteristics, well parents on intention.
